Short film
An exhausted tenant attempts to have a furry guest evicted -- but the antisocial building manager isn't exactly cooperative. A short film that I wrote, directed, and starred in, shot in the style of a multicam sitcom.
The Digits
I am a contributing writer for The Digits! The Digits are the galaxy's greatest unknown rock band. As an app and a web series, The Digits uses live action narrative comedy with interactive gameplay and catchy songs to introduce math concepts to children. The Digits has been nominated for the 2013 International Academy of Web Television for Best Educational Web Series and has been featured on CNN, Wired, Laughing Squid, Ok!, and more.
Elsewhere
I co-wrote Elsewhere, a full-length play inspired by Gustav Klimt's The Kiss and Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. When a new couple's first kiss takes them to a strange and fantastical world where everything--including secrets--are living things, they discover what the dark side of love looks like. This play was written and has been copyrighted by myself (Heather Rose Walters), and Rachel Ewing. All the dances in this piece belong to our amazing choreographer Jessica Liles.
